9 miles, 45 degrees, 9:00 pace. Gorgeous afternoon to be out running, really enjoyed ending the year with a 9 miler.

85 Days to Go :)

3 miles, 8:30 pace, 50 degrees. This was the last three mile run of the training program, from this point on its all up, up, up!

5 miles, 46 degrees, 9:00 pace. Felt great, I thought I was running more slowly so I was surprised by my pace.

87 Days to Go

3 miles on treadmill. 8:20 pace.

88 Days To Go ;)

6 miles at a 8:30 pace. It poured with rain for the last three miles but it was a good feeling to get a little exercise after all of yesterday's festivities!

12 Miles!! 9:09 pace, felt fabulous, a great day to run, 24 minutes for the last three miles, 50 degree temps. Loved it.

3 miles on the treadmill, 8:30 pace, 1% incline.

93 Days to Go ;o

6 miles today, 8:50 pace. Inside on the treadmill, 1% incline. Everything felt good, heart rate about 150. Treadmill running is so boring, even with an i-pod I still have a hard time going for six miles.

94 Days to Go

3 miles today. All on the treadmill with a 1% incline an 8:30 pace.
