8 miles, treadmill, 9:00 pace. That's 25 miles in two days! My legs felt heavy and sore today after the 17 miles yesterday, but I still managed to push my way through the 8 today. It's good to know that I can run a marathon distance over 2 days. At this point I feel that it's almost as much about the mental aspect of the race as it is the physical.
